These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at digitaldhanu.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by Digital Dhanu Pvt Ltd.

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”) and you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles depend on the subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel or Digital Dhanu Pvt Ltd cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal via your account page or by contacting customer support.

A valid payment method is required to process Subscription fees. You authorize Digital Dhanu Pvt Ltd to charge all fees incurred through your account.

If automatic billing fails, Digital Dhanu Pvt Ltd may terminate your access to Service immediately.

6. Free Trial

Digital Dhanu Pvt Ltd may offer a limited Free Trial. You may need to enter billing information, but you will not be charged until the Free Trial expires. On the last day, unless canceled, you will be charged the applicable Subscription fees.

Digital Dhanu Pvt Ltd may modify or cancel Free Trial offers at any time without notice.

7. Fee Changes

Digital Dhanu Pvt Ltd may modify Subscription fees at its discretion. Fee changes take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. Prior notice will be provided.

Continued use of Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the modified fees.

8. Refunds

No refund will be issued once a product is delivered. Refunds will only be issued in case of non-delivery.

9. Content

You are responsible for Content that you post on or through Service, including legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your Content. We may monitor and edit Content but take no responsibility for third-party Content.

Content found on Service is the property of Digital Dhanu Pvt Ltd or used with permission. You may not use it without express written consent.
